12 ACHE Face-to-Face Credits

MCACHE's and GLACHE's sponsorship of this program
allows us to offer you this over $1,600 seminar for the reduced registration fee of $765*
The same highly acclaimed program offered at the ACHE Cluster Events!

Program Description:

Personal mastery of emotional intelligence and behavioral intelligence is essential to leadership success in this changing healthcare environment. Applying both of these critical leadership skills in assembling project teams, designing leadership development programs and executing organizational transformation processes is a proven effectiveness multiplier, and often the difference between success and failure. During this seminar, you will gain practical skills to build your personal emotional and behavioral intelligence and discover how to apply these skills to your leadership model and position yourself for greater leadership effectiveness. Understand what your followers need and expect from you as a leader and consistently deliver. Take away specific examples and tools to guide you in leading and transforming your organization and accelerating execution of change initiatives.

Participants will complete an online psychometric assessment prior to the seminar, and once registered you will be contacted with specific instructions from ACHE

Seminar Objectives:

·            Identify the four foundational components of emotional and behavioral intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.

·            Gain insight into your own behaviors and emotions through a personal psychometric.

·            Apply emotional and behavioral intelligence skills to better manage change, individuals and teams and become a more effective leader.

·            Begin to develop an emotional and behavioral intelligence integration plan for your organization
